Whilst I’m happy with CPC service for the cremation and beautiful casket for my beloved Loki, I am waiting nearly 3 weeks for my itemised invoice I have requested for my pet insurance. The invoice for my dog’s cremation is the only thing my insurance is waiting on and is dragging on daily which is hindering my grieving process, the death of my dog was sudden and out the blue and the unexpected costs have left me in financial strain, this invoice is the only thing left to be submitted. It does not take nearly 3 weeks to email an invoice. My first email request was acknowledged on 22/08 by Reuben2nd email sent 02/09 unanswered Website enquiry sent 05/09 acknowledged by Amanda Reynolds08/09 emailed Lewis Arbon unanswered.10/09 emailed Lewis Arbon for the 2nd timeLost count of the unanswered phone calls made. Anyone else this can be escalated to?Thank you all received and passed onto insurance. Like I say I am extremely grateful for the service and beautiful casket for Loki, the service and sympathy I have received has been second to none.
