To add to my distress, all the items included had the wrong name. I felt angry and upset at the apparent lack of professionalism regarding my beloved pet. After contacting a branch, I was connected to a senior staff member who apologized but failed to address my concerns, repeatedly misnaming my dog. I was assured I would receive the correct items in the mail, but weeks passed without any resolution. When I followed up, I was promised a new casket and nameplate, but the thought of having to manage my dog's ashes myself was undignified and painful. I paid for a service that was not delivered, and my requests to speak to a higher authority were met with untruths about who I was speaking to. I made yet another follow-up call, only to be told my details would be taken again and I would receive a call back.
