We received our ashes back this morning for our beloved Max who passed on 11th August. I did ring yesterday to see when he would come home and they said this morning as he will be collected yesterday. APC delivered Max ashes very early. Very good service overall but the only criticism is the time it takes to do the cremation and have ashes back home. However it was about 10 days as I was told it could take.
