The process initially seemed straightforward, providing some relief that my pet would soon be at rest. However, I received no updates about when my dog would return home, and when I opened the door, I was abruptly handed a parcel. Upon realizing its contents, I was overwhelmed with pain and shock. To add to my distress, all the items included had the wrong name. I felt angry and upset at the apparent lack of professionalism regarding my beloved pet. After contacting a branch, I was connected to a senior staff member who apologized but failed to address my concerns, repeatedly misnaming my dog. I was assured I would receive the correct items in the mail, but weeks passed without any resolution. When I followed up, I was promised a new casket and nameplate, but the thought of having to manage my dog's ashes myself was undignified and painful. I paid for a service that was not delivered, and my requests to speak to a higher authority were met with untruths about who I was speaking to. I made yet another follow-up call, only to be told my details would be taken again and I would receive a call back. I am horrified by the service provided; this is not an area where mistakes should occur, and the lack of professionalism in addressing these errors has been heartbreaking for my family and me. We have been unable to grieve properly because of this chaos. I have been pursuing resolution for two months, and still, nothing has been addressed. I am considering sharing my story publicly as it seems to be the only way to be heard. It feels as if your service prioritizes profit over genuine care, which is unacceptable. You claim to care for pets and their owners, but my experience proves otherwise. Please reconsider using this service, as I have only encountered excuses and a failure to take responsibility. It is disheartening to learn that I am not alone in this experience.
