The customer service and billing department are among the worst I've encountered. I attempted to cancel the service in August 2025, yet they continued to bill my account through January 2026, and possibly into February as well. After multiple calls and chats with their support team, I resorted to contacting the BBB. I'm hoping the charges will cease and that I will receive a refund for the months of incorrect billing. There are now many alternatives available that are more affordable and offer better customer service. Proceed with caution!
