I had an outstanding experience with my security installation representative Albert. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the installation process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the system before leaving.
His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. Everything was installed neatly and efficiently, and he made sure all components were working perfectly. I especially appreciated how patient he was in walking me through how to use the system and app.
It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and highly recommend them to anyone needing security installation with CPI Security.

The customer service and billing department are among the worst I've encountered. I attempted to cancel the service in August 2025, yet they continued to bill my account through January 2026, and possibly into February as well. After multiple calls and chats with their support team, I resorted to contacting the BBB. I'm hoping the charges will cease and that I will receive a refund for the months of incorrect billing. There are now many alternatives available that are more affordable and offer better customer service. Proceed with caution!
Working with the representative was an absolute delight. This has been one of my best customer service experiences with a service provider. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Their great sense of humor made the interaction enjoyable. They helped me resolve the issues I was having with my alarms and sensors, which was wonderful since they weren't functioning properly. My installation is still in progress. I have had 3 appointments already. I still have at least one more now before the final installation. I hope that the system works like it should when it is all finished. So far, I have not been impressed..
Was apprehensive about using text messaging to solve my problem. Always prefer talking to someone. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the representative answered right back, diagnosed my problem, explained how to resolve the issue, and even gave me provided in formation to the questions I was going to ask. Hat’s off to CPI for excellent customer support!
