I placed an order on Dec. 19 and I paid 3 days rush delivery. I sent them an email and they said that the part was not in stuck and some more bs. Anyways, they said the part was not going to be able until mid January. Now, is it logical or ethical to sell something you DONT HAVE and offer 3 days shipping for an extra cost?? I have been communicating with them back and forward for a month now!. On January 10th, I ask them to cancel my order and refund me. Until this day 01/25/2019, they have not refund me. According to them, the order still open and they cannot refund me. WTH is this? I had to call my back and open a charge back. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. The order was for $2000. I will never, ever, ever, do business with them again. I do not recommend this company. By the way, they have 21 complaints with the BBB. You can search it online. I tried to post the link, but this website did not let me.
