86410 We bought an item and it wasn’t the part we needed so we sent it back and requested a refund to our original payment The item was received 4/3/22 which is 60 business days and we have been requesting this refund since then. I understand everywhere is short staffed and things are taking a little bit longer but we were told 5-10 business days and we are well over that. Please value your customers and treat them right. Cpp is already keeping some of our money by charging a 20% restock fee so please return to us what is our just like we returned the product. Cpp just keeps giving us the run around and of course they aren’t taking calls and they don’t email back!!
