On 9/28 I ordered parts from them. On 10/11 I realized I had made a mistake and ordered the same parts from the manufacturer. I had them within 3 days. 3 and 4 days later the CPP 2 two separate boxes arrived. The timely shipped parts were already installed by then.I sent a return request email and they replied (promptly this time) that there were several return conditions for my unopened boxes, including a 20% restocking fee for those unopened boxes.After reading several reviews on this site I decided to keep the parts (I don't need) instead of returning them so they wouldn't have my money and the parts too.Thank you for taking the time to do due diligence before giving them any money. You are smarter than I.
