I’ve bought this and had huge problems contacting the customer or tech support. I finally managed to speak to a real person and was subsequently given outstanding support by Chelsea who walked me through the procedure. That said the initial instructions are flawed as it tells you to download the wrong app. I have given 4 stars purely because I was helped by a lovely person, the support line is still an endless queue, and I am still unable to see the app fully functional because unless you have top notch mobile service in your area the gps doesn’t work as it doesn’t connect to your WiFi either. For us, it doesn’t work purely because of the poor mobile network in our area sadly it’s all been a waste of time and we will have to return this item
