This is my second CPX paddle. Love my first paddle but wanted to add an extended paddle to my game. When they offered a BOGO, it was the perfect opportunity. Both paddles offer great control and pop off the paddle. The texture of the paddle allows you to hold the ball on your paddle just a little longer to improve your shot.
In both cases, I purchased the Lifetime warranty.
My first paddle had aome knicka and scrapes at the top. I sent pictures and asked for a replacement. No questions asked, new paddle sent right away.
Their customer service is outstanding. I commented on a FB page I purchased the BOGO for my birthday and they messaged me and said they would be adding a gift to my order for my birthday!
