This is my second CPX paddle. Love my first paddle but wanted to add an extended paddle to my game. When they offered a BOGO, it was the perfect opportunity. Both paddles offer great control and pop off the paddle. The texture of the paddle allows you to hold the ball on your paddle just a little longer to improve your shot.
In both cases, I purchased the Lifetime warranty.
My first paddle had aome knicka and scrapes at the top. I sent pictures and asked for a replacement. No questions asked, new paddle sent right away.
Their customer service is outstanding. I commented on a FB page I purchased the BOGO for my birthday and they messaged me and said they would be adding a gift to my order for my birthday!
I recommend you give CPX paddles a try, you will love them and the price!
Great service. I took advantage of the valentine special and got 2 for 1. Am upgrade for my daughter and a second one for me. This paddle works for the slams and the soft game. I love it. Delivery came a day earlier than expected. They are the real deal.
I love my CPX Paddle! This actually my second CPX paddle. I purchased the the Lifetime Warranty and it was such a seamless process. It was WAY too simple. And their communication was absolutely phenomenal. I told my wife, “This feels illegal.” I sent an email with my issues (it was worn down and lost its grit) and sent some pictures, and I had a new one on my porch 2 days later. Couldn’t give enough stars! Support this company! They are doing awesome things!
I love the feel of my MAX and Ultra paddles. I’m a 4.0 player and depending on the play I’ll choose between paddles but my ULTRA is my most trusted. Beyond the paddle the customer service is top notch. I purchased lifetime warranty’s on everything I’ve purchased and paid off. And the CPX Customer Service Representative Leslie is very y quick and responsive. I don’t want to spend $300+ for a name on a paddle so I researched paddles online…CPX is where I landed and I’m thrilled with the value and performance of my paddles. Oh and I also got the backpack that looks awesome!!!
I placed my order on a Friday afternoon, and it arrived at my doorstep by Monday morning just in time for my 10:00 game. As a 3.0 player, I found that the paddle performed exceptionally well. The sweet spot felt slightly small, so I added some weights in the corners (as I typically do with my paddles), and it significantly improved the sweet spot. This paddle offers great control and a satisfying pop upon impact. The customer support team is top-notch!
I bought the CPX Ultra a week ago and I've played with it 4 - 5 times so far. I can say that this is the best paddle that I have tried. I get great control and spin with it. It has improved my game greatly. With the top spin that I can now put on my serves, my served went from good to difficult for people to return. The only thing is that it doesn't have the power of my other paddles, but it's not enough difference to hurt my game and the other attributes out weigh that. I love this paddle. CPX has been very responsive and I received my paddle on two days.
I own 3 CPX Paddles and keep coming back for more because they are a great value for the money. The construction is very well made compared to other brands in the market place. For pickleball I play with the CPX Max & my fiancee loves the CPX Ultra. They offer great power to control ration. The paddles even come with a protective sleeve which is great. I also used the CPX Padel Paddle. I love the grit texture for control and spin. CPX FAM FOR LIFE
