They had great communication, and it was such a great experience, I ordered another two dozen a few weeks later, with the exact same experience.

I ordered a dozen live whales. Only three showed signs of life and two of those expired before preparing them. The shells were paper-like. I grew up on Long Island, so I know soft shell crabs, and understand the challenge of shipping them.
