Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Ordered 2 dozens colossal steamed crabs. Only 1 1/2 dozen were colossal. Other 6 were female size.One dozen female. Whole order of crabs tasted old and stale. Meat was very dry, especially females.
I ordered a dozen crabs as a birthday present for my husband. The order arrived, but the birthday note that was supposed to be included with the order was missing. The crabs themselves were smaller point to point than I expected and a lot of the claws were missing ( I have ordered before and I expected a few loose claws, but not like this). I emailed customer service and was surprised at how responsive AJ was and I was so pleased that he offered to reship the order with the happy birthday note. I selected a reship date, but never received any replacement. I am disappointed, but unfortunately, not totally surprised.UPDATE. I did received a replacement order and the crabs were in great condition so I am a pleased customer again. I will continue to order from them
