My delivery was delayed and the temperature was out of the safe zone. Contacted Crab Dynasty and they immediately tapped the product. They double iced it to make sure the product was kept cold. Wonderful customer service. The newly received product was exactly as we expected. We look forward to doing more business with them.
I ordered the Hotel size soft shell crabs .In their frozen state they are 5`` X 1.5 `` with the claws folded on their bellies . I have not had any yet so I can not comment on the flavor . Very well packaged they came when it was in the 70`s and where still frozen and the ice pac`s where still solid .
