I love the puzzles, but
I signed up for VIP and was billed $9.99 monthly. I did order one time but I didn't see a discount. So I paid $49.95 for nothing (5 months). I could have purchased a couple of small puzzles for that. Then when I tried to call, the number listed on their website, it doesn't work. I tried to find a person to speak with in support. That didn't work either. At that point I was UP-FED.
Puzzles are good--forget the VIP thing.
