Absolutely love my Wicked Diamond Art Painting! I received this as a birthday gift and loved doing it. It gave me time to unwind after working and taking care of my daughter. The kit was very easy to put together and a ton of fun for me. I loved it so much I bought a second kit, Wicked For Good to get framed along with my first one.
This was my second order of multiple small puzzles (8) and one large one. The tight-fitting solid wood pieces and the picture that does not peal off always makes these a challenging way to work off some stress. The wood allows these puzzles to be cut with much more intricacy with what I assume to be laser-cutting techniques. I will order more from time to time.
The entire order was estimated to be delivered in March, making it over a week early. Thank you!

I signed up for VIP and was billed $9.99 monthly. I did order one time but I didn't see a discount. So I paid $49.95 for nothing (5 months). I could have purchased a couple of small puzzles for that. Then when I tried to call, the number listed on their website, it doesn't work. I tried to find a person to speak with in support. That didn't work either. At that point I was UP-FED.
Puzzles are good--forget the VIP thing.
I was excited to gift the Lord of the Rings book nook to my partner for his birthday. Unfortunately, it arrived with a broken battery cartridge. We tried getting it to work, but it was cracked so badly that the batteries didn't get a tight fit. I've emailed their customer support email twice now to request a replacement part (like it says on their website) and they have not gotten back to me. I first emailed them January 26 and then again on February 11. I'm so frustrated with their customer service. My advice, do not order from this group. They are such a SCAM.
It's nearly impossible to get in touch with them. They only provide an email, and I never receive a reply. They sent me a product with a broken light. I've attempted to reach out for months regarding a replacement, but I've had no response. This feels like an unreliable business.
The prices of the items were very reasonable and the quality was impressive. The support I received was outstanding! I mistakenly ordered the wrong version of a product, and they promptly switched it for me. When one of the items wouldn’t arrive before Christmas, they issued a refund without any hassle! I would definitely recommend this service and will surely return for future purchases.
I placed an order in late November for Black Friday, but it still hasn't shipped nearly a month later. It didn't arrive in time for Christmas, even though the estimated delivery was 12/21. I've sent six emails, but have received no replies.
I bought the one piece set and the mounting kit, and it turned out to be an excellent choice for our date night when the game's servers were down. We enjoyed a few hours of quality time together, completely unplugged. I'm sharing this review as I'm looking for our next purchase. Definitely a 10 out of 10, and I would absolutely do it again!
I ordered a diamond painting on November 23rd, and I still haven't received my item because the courier lost the parcel. Despite emailing multiple times to resolve this, I have not received any response, so my bank had to intervene. Very disappointing service!

The website encourages users to reach out via email for assistance, yet there is no response to any of the inquiries. A glance at the comments on their social media reveals many others facing similar issues; orders are missing and the service is unhelpful.
