Update as of 06/01/2026: I realized the company is not based in England, which was my mistake. I have received multiple responses from them, and they apologized for any issues. They monitored the tracking and escalated my case with the delivery service when there was still no delivery after several days. Surprisingly, the parcel was delivered that day to my requested postal stop. I have my brushes now, and they seem to be of good quality. However, the box they arrived in was quite damaged, so I’m deducting a star for that. Most of my issues stemmed from the delivery service. Big thanks to a representative for addressing my case professionally.
