I subscribed to a brush collection for six months. The company missed their shipping deadline of December 15th without notifying me. I reached out on December 21st about the delay and wanted to cancel my subscription. They initially claimed a penalty fee, despite my original six-month agreement. They took days to persuade me to stay instead of processing my cancellation. Despite my repeated requests, they shipped the package on December 24th and charged me a fee afterward. I’m very disappointed and recommend being cautious before signing up for a subscription with this service. UPDATE: A representative later reached out and processed a full refund of the penalty fee.
