I just received my second box, but the brush roll is missing. The first box hasn’t arrived, and a promised credit hasn’t been issued. Additionally, brushes I ordered in August still haven’t arrived! I received a credit note that didn’t work either. I’m extremely frustrated with this terrible customer service.
