I want to caution others about my disappointing experience. I purchased a full-year subscription and tried to cancel the next day due to unexpected shipping charges. My cancellation was ignored, even within their 14-day policy. They shipped the first box two months later, despite my request. I did receive a partial credit, but they refuse to refund the remaining balance due to their mistake! After numerous emails, the issue remains unresolved. I just want a full refund, not store credits! This has been the worst experience I've had with a company claiming to prioritize customer service. I cannot recommend them at all! UPDATE: They did not honor my cancellation promptly, and their actions indicate they value profit over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against using this service due to their inadequate support and disregard for cancellation requests within the specified timeframe.
