BEWARE - they only allow positive reviews to be published. I have a subscription and did not care for the way the instructor taught, along with the inability to go full-screen on the videos, and a lack of a copy of the actual reference photo (just received a copy of the painting, but if you're trying to learn how to paint a certain way based on a reference photo, that is something that is necessary especially when we can't see it on the screen since we can't go full-screen mode). I wrote this to them in a review and my review was "declined" twice. Their response when I asked why my review was not being allowed the response was a long winded "we take this seriously" but the main line was "While I can’t change the moderation system for reviews, I want you to know that your feedback is very important and is being taken seriously — it helps us make our tutorials better for everyone."
So the review will still not be published for others to see and consider before spending hundreds of dollars, but we are to trust that they take this seriously. Very shady.
