Ordered on the 16th of Dec with a guarantee of delivery before Christmas. Never showed and no communication or reason given. Phoned up a week ago (almost a month after they took my money) and to be fair, the customer service staff could not be apologetic enough. Part of my order arrived the next day. Today it's the 19th of January and I have still not received most of my order. I'm never buying from them again and I'm deleting them from all my social pages and if it wasn't for the £10 discount, I would just ask for a refund. They really need to communicate better with their customers and keep them informed.Follow up. 30.01 26Still not received my goods and still not heard a thing from them. Phoned today to be told some items are 'lost' so I asked for a refund, needless to say. I lost my £10 discount gift and was charged postage for the partial order that arrived (was less than £20). I lost out but now I don't have to think about them anymore. Shocking behaviour.
