Their stores are amazing and their staff are an asset to their business. The classes are great and everyone is made to feel welcome, no matter what level of crafter you are. The products that come under the Crafter’s Companion brand are always first class and there is something for everyone. The quality is excellent - if there was a small criticism it would be there is so much pace to the new items that it’s become very hard to keep up. Sara has a fantastic team across all parts of the business and the most recent change to using Facebook Live has made it more accessible as it’s easy to go back through the timeline to watch when it’s conve isn’t as many crafter work during the day.
