Generally really happy with the company, especially at local store where I have the most dealings. Only downside to website is that loyalty points aren't automatically going on - didn't, then did then website up graded and since then not! Have rung up and had them added manually 3 times so far - will have to ring again as spent over £200 in the last couple of weeks and still not showing. One disappointment at local level - have attended about 136 classes since Feb 2018 and really enjoy all aspects of them. One of these classes being felting which was initially a half day per week but then changed to a full day twice a month. Have been told that this is now being reduced to 2 half days a month as not cost effective - can understand some of the rationale but not all of it - so sad as a brilliant class, tutor and really enjoying it. All this on the back of the news about how much Sara is worth. I am aware it is a business but there is more to life than money and even supermarkets promote loss leaders! The class gives the attendees and the tutor so much and I have really enjoyed learning a new skill - I love going for all sorts of reasons...I spend in store most times I am there and not just felting supplies - so if I don't go twice in a month sales will fall!!!!! I have spoken to the Educator assistant and the Manager who say they are looking into it but really hope the classes can be continued at 4 half days a month. As I started this review generally really happy with the store and the staff are all brilliant, friendly, helpful etc! My request is that the business element doesn't take over the human element that for me is the centre of crafting! Thank you
