I had a problem with my Gemini ll. The plates and cutting die were jammed in the machine. I rang customer service , they arranged for the machine to be collected and returned on a date and time convenient for me. In around a couple of weeks my Gemini was returned fully repaired with my alphabet cutting die and full set of brand new plates included. Much to my delight,there was also a lovely pink case to hold the plates. The case alone costs £20, the set of plates are around £50 I was so excited to find these expensive items added to my machine. I am on a very tight budget and to buy my Gemini ll was large purchase for me. Thank you so much CC . From the moment I rang their customer service, I've had nothing but polite and courteous service . The lady at the other end of the phone was lovely ........I have no complaints there. I have purchased many other items from this company and never had a problem with anything. I would like to see the cutting plates modified in some kind of way. They warp so quickly.
