Once upon a tine this company provided a good level of customer service, but in the last couple of years the level has dropped to well below zero. Each time I have placed an order either with this company direct or via Hobbymaker I have had to wait ages for it to be delivered and when it arrived it was eirher incomplete or the wrong items sent.
I ordered a set of the Christmas cupcake dies last year, the photo on the website showed a stamp set was included. When the order arrived no stamps. When I made enquiries with the company they said they decided not to include the stamps and could not be bothered to change the picture on the website. HELLO!!! That makes you in breach of the Trades Description Act.
Sara Davies bought this shambles of a company back from the Administrator to get it back up to standard If she wasnt more interested in yet more tv appearances and getting her grubby little mits on yet more millions that she doesnt even need this company would not be the cess pit it is.
