Really good products and value for the money. Unfortunately I could not continue with the subscription for personal reasons. The agent I dealt with, Desmond Jones, was so helpful and very approachable.
I cancelled my Craft Gin Club subscription at the beginning of the year, thinking everything was sorted. Unfortunately, their website is absolutely terrible and confusing, and now, having gone through their “cancellation” process, I honestly feel like it’s designed to look like a scam.
Yesterday morning I suddenly received an email saying I had purchased a gin box from them, even though I had already cancelled. I immediately emailed them – 4 emails so far – and got zero response. I also called customer service four times. It was a complete joke.
It turns out they have the wrong email address set up in their system for cancellations, and the agent told me he couldn’t send the correct one because “that’s how their system is built”. This is ridiculous. There is no clear information about this email or the process on their website either.
Is this supposed to be a professional service? Because to me it looks exactly like the behaviour of typical scammers.
Another agent told me their email response time is up to 42 hours – which is laughable, because by then my parcel will already be delivered to an address where I no longer live. It’s a tragicomedy.
This company, their customer service, and the functionality of their website are an absolute disgrace. Please be very careful with Craft Gin Club – I would not recommend them to anyone.

Yasmine, you could at least make a bit more effort and actually read what I wrote above with understanding instead of pasting a standard script. What are you even getting paid for in this scamming company?
We weren’t too keen on the last box. The gin was poor and bland and the snacks needed a bit more variety maybe a bit of sweet in there as it was all savoury. It was expensive for a poor gin and a supermarkets own brand would have been better at a 1/3 of the price.
Ive never complained before, but this box was very light this time. Only 3 snacks, 3 small tonics, 1 bottled tonic, 3 soft drinks. I liked the gin but I enjoy the not knowing what else will be in the box. A friend told me the same before my box was delivered.
If you look at previous months, this box was definitely poorer. The only thing i kept was the popcorn and threw the 2 savioury away.
I truly enjoy my delivery, as it feels like a little luxury in my life. It’s not solely about the gin; I adore receiving the box filled with surprise mixers and treats as well. I appreciate the flexibility to switch between gins and rums, and if you have a subscription, you can adjust the delivery frequency. The magazine included is both engaging and informative, offering fantastic cocktail ideas, and I absolutely love cocktails! I highly recommend trying the service at least once, maybe even twice... okay, three times. You won’t be let down, I assure you.
I regret choosing the £6 trial box while also ordering two discounted bottles of gin. I received the trial box, but the two bottles were never shipped. The order clearly mentioned partial shipping. I requested a refund on December 24th, but haven’t received it and am only getting excuses.
I was a member of the club for a few years without any problems. My son invested in his first bond in 2019 and has been waiting for his payout since he asked in February for the next release. After several emails, there have been no results. He was supposed to be paid out in December after leaving the investment for an additional 12 months, as they requested. Be cautious if you are considering investing! It's unfortunate!
I have to say I was a bit let down by this selection. While I haven't tried the rum yet, the snacks are quite disappointing, and I wish for something better than the usual ginger ale. It’s unfortunate since I’ve been enjoying rum as a gin alternative. I might think about canceling my order in the New Year, which is disappointing as I want to support businesses like this.
