Des Jones was very helpful and kind on the telephone, but the hoops to jump through to cancel subscription are ridiculous. Not clear on website and why should you need to call to cancel? Clearly obstacles to cancellation are by design. Not good business practice. The products were actually very good though, so fair enough in that regard
