WARNING - You can NOT get out of the subscription once you have started. They had been good once, but have unfortunately turned to scammy methods.
I have been getting their boxes since 2020 with no issues, and it was always a pleasant surprise. A few years ago I kept trying to cancel the subscription at various intervals, but they never cancelled. I had gaslit myself into thinking maybe I had done something wrong. But since last year (Early 2025) I have been actively trying to cancel with no luck - You now have to call them to cancel, BUT THE PHONE LINE NEVER WORKED in the entire year I have tried. I have EMAILED them MULTIPLE TIMES, and even threatened to report them to my bank if they did not cancel. I finally got a response asking for a confirmation to stop the subscription, and I replied. Lo and behold, they are still continuing to charge me, despite contacted them multiple times over the year. In November they sent me a box where the drinks had been smashed (I never had an issue before), and they've just sent me one again. At this point it is genuinely a scam. Its so sad to see buisnesses turn to such scammy methods. You have a good product, you dont need to use scammy methods that only ruins your reputation.
