I have placed an order (#460786) on 30/11 and expected it to arrive within a week. Tracking the order, it has been in Sydney since 7/12 but there’s no way for me to contact the courier for a further update. I also got a message that the delivery arrived but I received nothing. The tracking still says it’s out for delivery and hasn’t arrived yet.
