There's a high chance you won't receive your order, and if you do, the quality will be poor—damaged and unusable. The support team is unhelpful and won't offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements. It's a scam with low-quality products; steer clear!

Extremely disappointing experience with the service and delivery partner

My experience with the service and their delivery partner has been among the worst I’ve encountered. Even though the tracking indicated that my package was “delivered,” it was never brought to the correct location. The courier placed it in a locker that does not belong to my apartment and is not accessible or assigned to my unit in the building’s system. My building manager and I checked every locker, and the package was nowhere to be found. Instead of acknowledging the delivery mistake or providing real help, the service simply shifted the responsibility back onto me, sending generic responses and insisting that I “open a theft ticket,” even though it’s clearly a misdelivery, not theft. The outcome: • The package I intended as a gift is missing. • The courier failed to deliver it to my address. • The store showed no genuine willingness to assist or resolve the issue. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this service or their delivery partner to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, seek alternatives.

Illegitimate shipping practices

Illegitimate shipping practices! Avoid ordering from this company. It took months past the expected arrival date, and when it finally arrived, the shipping label was issued illegally, leaving me to cover the shipping cost again at the post office. I plan to file a formal business review with the authorities regarding their illegal practices.

Extremely poor or no customer service

I ordered two large puzzles but received one large and one smaller puzzle. While I was charged correctly, they have avoided every effort to resolve the issue. These puzzles are meant as a gift for a family, and giving one large and one small won't work. They suggested I open the box and solve the puzzle to count the pieces, but that’s not feasible for a gift. The box indicates 128 pieces, while I ordered one that should have 252 pieces. There’s no phone support, and the only communication has been painfully slow emails, essentially insisting I’m wrong despite the box stating otherwise. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company!

If I could give a zero, I would

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. I ordered $82 worth of puzzles and never received them. Their delivery service admitted they left them outside in an unsecured area, yet they refuse to refund my money and demand an additional $9.99 for reshipping. Avoid this company at all costs!

A delightful puzzle experience

I just completed the Friends puzzle. It was a lot of fun to assemble, featuring many uniquely shaped pieces. I highly recommend this puzzle, especially for fans of the show.

Placed an order in mid-March, still waiting

I placed an order in mid-March, and here it is April 4 with no delivery. I received a 'tracking number' that is invalid. When I contacted customer service, their automated responses kept making excuses, saying my delivery would arrive any day now. Save your money and do not order from this scam site.
