Nice quality clothes for the price, however, having sent me some wrong items I contacted them to say please advise way forward, no response so then I got a chase up "check in" email so I asked again. Customer service then saying never received my initial response can I find that email then screenshot it as proof & then they will set about returns etc. Why on earth does my initial email matter, they now know they sent me the wrong items & I really can't be bothered with all the faff! Surely, they can now take up the query & now sort, I have simply asked for the original order items - so I said forget it I'll order elsewhere from now on to which they replied "we just need to see a proof of that original e-mail" ... WHY??? It makes no difference whatsoever to that fact you sent me the wrong items & I simply would like what I ordered. V poor customer service I'm afraid.
