I have used this company for my workwear before in the past and thought that they were fantastic. This time I have found that the time for delivery was very long, the quality of the embroidering is very poor, they have not responded to my email of complaint and I have been unable to reach them by phone. I have refrained from using the garments (which are very good quality) in hope to return them, but in a position where I will have to start using them. I am very disappointed! What a waste of money and time!
