The "Craftoria Guarantee" listed on their website states: "Enjoy your painting experience or get 100% free returns for 30 days after delivery. Just contact us for a free return label and you'll receive a full refund. No questions asked."I contacted them 7 days after delivery asking for that free return label, and I received this reply from them:"To begin the return process, kindly send the item to the following address:Craftoria9701 Montgomery N.E. #1142Albuquerque, NM, 87111United States.Additionally, please provide us with proof of postage/tracking to enable us to monitor the return. Please be aware that in accordance with our policy, the return postage cost is not covered."So, the reply I received when I requested a return did not honor the guarantee stated on their website. They say they will not send a free return label and that I must pay for postage and tracking.I replied to them restating my request and reminding them of "the Craftoria Guarantee", but I just get the exact same message reply they sent the first time. They do not honor their guarantee. There is no free return label even when you contact them within 30 days.
