To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The delivery kept being pushed back and the fridge arrived around 21:15 at night. The drivers left us stranded with a fridge outside and did not even take a moment to help us put it in the garage out of site and frankly did not even attempt to bring it into the house. I’m 8 months pregnant for them to just drop it off and drive off for my husband and I to figure it out ourselves was cruel. They were dismissive and unwilling to listen to any options we had. They just left the fridge on the drive and left without a thought. We had to call around to get help to move it 3 meters into the garage which would have taken the delivery team no time at all with the appropriate equipment. We now will have to spend additional money to hire equipment and find people to move it into the house. Which is additional stress I don’t need as I’m currently a high risk pregnancy.
