The worst company service ever. Refusing to replace faulty TV which they had proof of fault over 2 months ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.
Like talking to a bot with only one response.
No respect for customers/customer service or themselves as I would not be associated to a company with such poor standards and overall accountability.
Thank goodness these people don't do something which affects people lives.
We bought an American fridge freezer from them and they delivered the fridge freezer on time however never experienced such rudeness from delivery staff. Whether they were out-sourced or not is irrelevant, i am an 80 year old man who lives with wife. They dumped the fridge freezer in the kitchen however i asked them to put it close to the place where the fridge freezer was going to sit which required to go down one step. They point blank refused and left me too it. I am now having to ask neighbours to come and help and we are still at shock with the level of customer service from these delivery drivers. If they are representation of the company i would suggest you avoid this company at all cost.

Damaged fridge/freezer delivered. Replacement was even worse. Agreed collection/replacements dates not adhered to ( "road closed", "van broken down") which was more likely to be their delivery company.I had to threaten to leave a damaged item in my garden as it was preventing flooring work.Eventually got annoyed and tired and accepted the original damaged fridge with a goodwill gesture.Could be OK if you can collect/return any purchase you make. Otherwise leave will alone.
This company is old school customer service, 5 stars plus. Telephone answered by a human being, good knowledge of the product, have dedicated delivery company who are also top notch. A delight to find a company like this. Have bought four items from them and anticipate using them again. Would highly recommend.
Crampton & Moore are a great store to deal with. I purchased a microwave at a great price online and the delivery was very quick. It was faulty, however their customer service department were very efficient. The old one was picked up and a new one despatched not long after. I even had a follow-up call to see if everything was okay (many thanks Harry!). From start to finish, communication has been excellent - this company is well worth the 5 stars.
I ordered a dishwasher and in error, I ordered stainless steel instead of white.On the day of delivery I spotted my error and phoned Lauren.Straight through, no wait time, no stupid menus, speaking to somebody who could and would help me immediately!Lauren said that she'd cancel the order and process a full refund. 100% polite and helpful, a lovely person to deal with.She phoned back after the weekend to confirm that she could see that delivery had not taken place and that she had processed the refund. Once again, how many times do people NOT phone you back, Lauren did!And within a couple of days my refund has arrived, not 5 days or 10 days or 30 days, but 2 days!I cannot speak highly enough about Crampton & Moore and in particular, Lauren and I will recommend C & M to my friends and familiy.
Price was very good...but 4 days later no update regarding delivery..rang the customer service number after 15 seconds you automatically get disconnected, and i rang 3 times. ..appalling for what portrays to be a quality company
This has been, without exaggeration, one of the worst and most frustrating online purchasing experiences I have ever had. I ordered a washer-dryer in good faith and waited almost a full month for an item that never arrived. Throughout this entire period, delivery dates were repeatedly scheduled, cancelled, and rescheduled, only to be cancelled again, often without proper notice or explanation.From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. Each time I contacted the seller, I was given vague responses, shifting excuses, and no clear ownership of the problem. The seller continuously blamed the courier, yet failed to take responsibility for resolving the issue or providing a meaningful solution. As the customer, I was left chasing updates myself, week after week, with no proactive communication or genuine support.What made this experience even worse was the seller’s dismissive and, at times, outright rude attitude. Rather than acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, I was treated as an inconvenience. Promises were repeatedly made and broken, and deadlines were missed without apology or accountability. At no point did it feel like the seller was acting professionally or in the customer’s best interest.Despite my patience and multiple attempts to resolve the situation amicably, nothing improved. I rearranged my time repeatedly, waited at home for deliveries that never came, and was ultimately left without a washer-dryer for weeks.
I recently bought a LG OLED TV from the Harrogate store. I was getting very confused about the numerous models and types of TV available. Graham couldn't have been more helpful and guided me through the selection process. I am over the moon with my purchase and I can't thank Graham enough for his patience and customer service. I would highly recommend Crampton and Moore.
