Like many others, I took advantage of the Black Friday promotions on the website, fully aware that delays in shipping could occur (though not the 4-7 business days advertised). However, after a month, my order still hasn't arrived. Additionally, a Christmas gift ordered for me in early December is also missing. In good faith, I agreed to a replacement order, which has yet to be delivered as well. That's three packages sent to the same address that never showed up. My patience has worn thin, and I demand a refund. If I don't receive it promptly, I will have to ask my bank to reverse the transaction. I've reached out to customer support, but all I get are the same automated responses as others. It's concerning to see that there have been numerous one-star reviews since Black Friday 2025, and it seems many negative reviews have been removed, as last week there were many more than currently visible.
