Now I wrote on company, send my money back, je answer mě " sorry se send you Now, we dont saw your offer" !!!

This is the only shop where I buy my body jewelry and have done so for about 7+ years. They ship fast and the delivery is quick. Piercings and other goods are of great quality. They also offer a variety of other jewelry like rings, necklaces and bracelets.

My order what shipped 12. December with no tracking. My wife ordered before and got our mail delivered in 6 days. Now ive been waiting 19 days. They just say: be patient, its in transit. No replacement or money back:(
Like many others, I took advantage of the Black Friday promotions on the website, fully aware that delays in shipping could occur (though not the 4-7 business days advertised). However, after a month, my order still hasn't arrived. Additionally, a Christmas gift ordered for me in early December is also missing. In good faith, I agreed to a replacement order, which has yet to be delivered as well. That's three packages sent to the same address that never showed up. My patience has worn thin, and I demand a refund. If I don't receive it promptly, I will have to ask my bank to reverse the transaction. I've reached out to customer support, but all I get are the same automated responses as others. It's concerning to see that there have been numerous one-star reviews since Black Friday 2025, and it seems many negative reviews have been removed, as last week there were many more than currently visible.
I placed and paid for an order in the last week of November. The order was claimed to be shipped on December 1st, but I have yet to receive anything. The promised delivery timeframe of up to 7 business days has been greatly surpassed.
I reached out to customer support three times and only got generic responses telling me to “be patient.” There was no solution offered, no tracking information, no delivery, and no refund. Despite their failure to fulfill the order, they are unwilling to return my money. This experience feels very unprofessional and deceptive. From what I went through, I highly recommend against ordering from this service.
I've ordered from this seller twice, and the quality is impressive. However, my second order never arrived. After some initial communication, they eventually stopped responding altogether. I'm now unsure about the quality at this price point and hesitant to order again since there's no parcel tracking.
