I rated them 1 star because their product is genuinely good, but the shipping and customer service are lacking. On my first order, I received the wrong flavor pods, but they made it right and sent the correct ones. For my next order, I subscribed, but within a month, they were out of stock on one of the flavors. I ordered a box to hold me over until my subscription was shipped. I received a notification stating my order was delivered, but I never received it. I have security footage showing my door and mailbox, and there were no deliveries at that time. I was told to contact the postal service myself. They treated me as if I was trying to claim a free product. I’ll give them one more chance because their products are good, but the hassle is frustrating.
