Review Time
This marks my second negative experience! The first one ended with an immediate cancellation due to being out of stock right after I placed my order. This time, after waiting several weeks, I checked the order status. The tracking app indicated it had been delivered, but I never received it. I reached out to inquire about the order's status and received two emails in response. The first stated that my order was canceled due to "no inventory." A minute later, I got another email from customer service claiming the tracking app was incorrect and confirming the cancellation. I will not engage with them again.
We began using the service during the pandemic and had a positive experience. However, the fulfillment and shipping times became excessively long, leading to a break in our orders. I placed an order on 12/10/25 for several holiday gifts, but as of 12/18/25, my order remains unfulfilled. My email inquiries about the status went unanswered. I eventually contacted them by phone and was told my order was ready to ship and would be expedited. Yet, nine hours later, the order status still shows as 'unfulfilled'. I am sharing this review and will be reaching out to the payment platform for assistance.

I’ve been a customer for over a year. My last order, which included a 20-pack variety and 4 cups of caramel eggnog, arrived safely. However, when I opened it, the 20-pack box had been opened and retaped. While the 4 caramel eggnogs were included, there were only 16 of the variety pack. It was obvious that someone had tampered with my order, yet they tried to blame the courier. I requested either the missing cups or a refund, but have received no response. Their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered.
I placed an order directly with this service on September 26, 2025. It was marked as delivered on October 3rd, but we were home, even outside preparing for Halloween at that time. I contacted the company, and they said the courier mismarked the delivery. They promised to resend my order, which I appreciated. However, it is now October 14th, and I still have not received my order or any tracking information. Upon inquiring again, they informed me that my order got lost in transit. I’ve emailed multiple times but have received no response. I am now requesting a refund and hope they will honor it.
My initial order went smoothly, but everything went downhill from there. While it’s understandable that some coffee may not be restocked, placing a large order and never receiving it is unacceptable. I received an email stating they would reship my order, but they never did. After following up, they promised the same but again did not deliver. Eventually, they just stopped responding entirely. I fear they might go out of business soon.
I genuinely want to leave a positive review, but I faced issues with my recent order of a coffee grounds variety pack and cups. Most of my order was missing the coffee grounds. I reached out, and they were very polite, assuring me they would send it. However, I received a wrong order instead. I contacted them again for clarification and offered to send pictures, but they declined. They promised to send the correct coffee grounds, but it’s been two weeks without any updates. I love the products, but they really need to improve their delivery.
Update: I received an apology for the poor service along with a $5 discount on my next order. I will give them another chance since they attempted to make amends. When I inquired about my order through their automated system, I was told to expect a response within 3 minutes. After 10 minutes, I followed up, and a representative finally replied, stating, 'We were in a meeting.' Why promise a quick response when no one is monitoring the messages? I had hoped to replace my Amazon coffee deliveries with this service, but with shipping taking 7-10 days and poor support, I won't be using them again. I wish I had read reviews before placing my order.
I’ve ordered numerous times and enjoyed the products. However, my recent order was missing two items. I can’t get past the automated system that has replaced customer support, which claims they usually respond quickly. No one answers the phone either; it just rings endlessly. I might contact the relevant authority, even though the missing items are only worth a small amount. Update: I received an apology and a reshipment, but they only sent one of the missing items, so now I’m waiting for the second replacement.
