In short, don’t expect any assistance from their customer service. I subscribed to their monthly flavor variety pack without issues for several months. In December, I received my box. However, in January, I was informed that the December box was out of stock, and my subscription seemed to have been canceled. When I contacted them, they refused to check my account, simply repeating that the December box was unavailable. Eventually, they acknowledged a larger issue, claiming a 'glitch in my account' and promised a refund. They said a replacement would be sent within 24 hours, but it’s now four days later with no updates. I’m done. It’s unfortunate because I like their coffee, but it’s not worth the trouble. Update: I received another notice about the December box being out of stock. Unbelievable.
