Having used a number of VoIP service providers in the past, I find that currently, Crazytel is the cream of the crop. I love the interface, the many included features, such as ring groups, my favourite. Crazytel represents the best value for money compared to its competitors. Customer support, if needed, is excellent. They also have a presence in the Whirlpool forums, where you can ask questions, make suggestions, leave feedback, etc.
