A smart move with enhanced features

My motel requires over 500 IPs, so the default router from the service provider wasn’t an option. After upgrading my router, I found that NBN NetPhone was unusable due to the lack of a SIP account/password. I switched to another provider with a Grandstream HT801V2. The support from the team was exceptional; they guided me through porting my number, setting up a SIP trunk, registering my device, and configuring call options. Their knowledge and friendliness truly brightened my day.

Very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. The phone would often fail to connect on the first attempt, causing significant issues for my business. I eventually switched to a dedicated SIM and phone, which has been much better.
