They sent the wrong item and they did not accept the return. The website shows "TS2 Large Laser Engraver 80W Laser Cutter Auto Focus Engraving" but it's not the laser power wattage. It's only a 10W laser with an 80W power supply!VERY VERY VERY Bad customer service. Purchasing items from them was a huge mistake. This is was the first sentence of the email " First of all, all the product without problem."
