Review Time
Ordered a K2 Plus printer on 30. Januar. Delivery was estimated 5-7 days.24 february printer still hasnt moved. According to tracking last update is "label created". Customer support is explaining it away due to chinese new year etc. But printer ships from germany. Ive contacted customer support multiple times, with 0 help. Mails dont get answered.
After a while they answered with "out of stock" but still advertising with printers in stock.
Avoid creality, their logistics and customer support makes it not worth it alone, regardless if the printer us good.
I want to share my thoughts: the printers are truly impressive and come with many great features that enhance the overall experience. As a newcomer to 3D printing, I find the printer easy to use and set up! Here are three suggestions for improvement:
1: Keep adding exciting features and maintain the great work! 2: It would be helpful if the camera quality and app interface could be improved, as the layout can be confusing after not using it for a while.
3: It would be great to have a feature that allows the inner LED light to be turned on when it's off, as I'm worried about burning myself. The hotbed reaches around 30 degrees, making it difficult to clean safely without the light. Once again, as a new user, this is my honest and straightforward opinion!
I bought a double combo printer without prior experience with 3D printing. After a bit of trial and error, I managed to set it up quickly and began printing right away. I'm really pleased with the size and the quality of the prints!
My package was delivered to an address 800 miles away from both my shipping and billing addresses. When I requested a refund, I was told it had already been delivered. Support's response was dismissive, telling me not to worry.
This printer greatly surpasses my previous model. The setup was easy, and it produces fast, high-quality prints effortlessly. I'm very pleased with the timely delivery and excellent packaging. Truly impressed with this purchase.
I bought a printer that took a long time to arrive, and after struggling with it, I found it to be defective. Despite contacting support multiple times, they offered no real help and cited warranty issues that were outside my control. I ended up with a non-functional printer and a frustrating experience. I suggest looking elsewhere.
After thorough research, I've found that this printer meets all my needs and even more. I received it within the same week I ordered it. I've been using it continuously for three weeks, accumulating over 150 hours of print time without any issues, aside from some problems with old filament from another printer. I'm excited to create even more!
