Never buy from these people. Bought Shermoon D3, £1819. It arrived damaged so at my request Creality collected it for a refund. From the start they made the whole process as difficult as possible. They had my machine 4 weeks ago and still no money. Contacted them countless times, they keep saying the are dealing with it, but you know they are not.
