This thing doesn’t work it literally broke a 699 dollar printer. This printer literally trash right now. NEVER USE CREALITY EVER. IF YOU WANT A 3D PRINTER USE BAMBOO LAB, OR EVEN FLASHFORGE, NEVER CREALITY!!! I REPEAT NEVER CREALITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Appalling customer service. They sent the wrong colour filament and would not provide a replacement. After questioning me over many emails and requiring pictures to prove the colour they would only offer a £10 voucher which would need me to spend far more just to get what I originally ordered.
We are having issues with the printer already and it is not even a month old, but that isn't really relative to the customer service, or lack there of that we receive from Creality. With lost packages, response times of up to 72 hours and lack of care this is probably one of the worst companies to have bought from.
Extremely poor service. Placed an order for laser glasses end of November and told 4 to 10 days for delivery. Now 1 week out from Christmas and still showing as not been processed. My son ordered a 3D printer and he also waiting too. They not responding to emails or complaints. I have asked if they can't deliver then pay back our money . Still not heard from them.. Starting to look like a bunch of thieves. Don't waste your time ordering from these guys as their service is just non existent and you can better service elsewhere. Don't spend your money on Creality!
Non-existing support.Ordered K2 combo on 31.11.2025 9pmOrdered K2 Pro combo at 1.12.2025 1pmK2 combo delivered to my adress on wednseday, took 3 daysK2 Pro combo they decided 2x the cost printer should be sent with worse delivery needed 9 full days for it to be sent out to next terminal, currently sitting at around 15% the way to my country. Support doesnt do anything.Given the fact that in 9 days and every day talking to their CS they havent contacted me ONCE trough email, I just want to let everybody know, that if you buy items from Creality, expect to repair, figure stuff out on your own, because quite frankly their support is there only to delay and not offer any solutions at all!
I was in love with this printer ... for 2 weeks. Then the hotend backed up and jammed clogging the entire enclosure, break one of the fans and a sensor. I emailed their support. Never recieved an acknowledgement of my message. The following day I used their online chat. It was like pulling teeth trying to get responses. After about 30 minutes they finally said there was a ticket and verified it was me. I emailed them photos of the extensive damage. Detailed information on what was broken. They assured me someone would reach out to me within 12 hours. 4 days later (each day me having to chat their support and re-explaining the multiple issues) I receive an email from the with a link to a video on how to clean the hot end. That was it. Fortunately I've only had it for 2 weeks so I'm returning to B&H for a full refund. I've had bad experiences with their support in the past as well with a resin 3D printer i purchased. Lesson learned. I will NEVER but a Creality product ever again and I don't recommend that you do either.
