This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer experience I've ever had. I placed three separate orders at a promotional price, and each time they claimed to have 'lost' it without a valid explanation. The support team showed a staggering lack of empathy, offering no guidance or help. Communicating with them feels futile. Their promotional deals seem to be a scam, drawing customers in with low prices only to cancel orders at their convenience and suggest reordering at a higher price. It’s unacceptable behavior. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
