Disappointing experience with milk frothers

I purchased two different milk frothers. The first one broke within the first few weeks, and they were unwilling to provide a refund. I then bought a newer model, but the milk is hardly even lukewarm. This brand focuses more on appearance, but the quality is quite poor.

This has truly been the most disappointing customer experience I've ever encountered. I attempted to place an order three times at a promotional price, and each time it was "lost" without any valid explanation. The support team's lack of empathy is astounding. There's no guidance, no accountability, and no willingness to assist. Communicating with them feels like talking to a wall—they make you feel like a nuisance for expecting them to fulfill their promises. It's now clear that their promotional "deals" are nothing but a scam. They lure you in with attractive prices, cancel your order at their convenience, and then have the nerve to suggest: "Just reorder at the higher price." That’s not a solution; it’s exploitation. They refuse to honor their prices, manipulating your time and money until you either concede or pay more. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Steer clear of this company at all costs.

Significant shipping delays to the UK

I ordered a fridge/freezer for delivery to the UK, and the displayed delivery time was 5-6 days. However, it took 16 working days to arrive. The company claimed they always notify about delays, but I received no communication regarding this significant delay.

I have two products from this company that have worked well for over a year (a heater and a ceiling fan). I expected a long delivery time of 3-4 weeks from Spain to Portugal, so I was pleasantly surprised when the kettle I ordered arrived just two days later. It seems their delivery system has improved significantly. Hence, 5 stars!

This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer experience I've ever had. I placed three separate orders at a promotional price, and each time they claimed to have 'lost' it without a valid explanation. The support team showed a staggering lack of empathy, offering no guidance or help. Communicating with them feels futile. Their promotional deals seem to be a scam, drawing customers in with low prices only to cancel orders at their convenience and suggest reordering at a higher price. It’s unacceptable behavior. Customer Service is Frustrating

I like the products for their design and decent quality, but the customer service is incredibly frustrating. You can only reach them by phone during limited hours, and when I called from Portugal, I was left confused about whether those hours applied. Still waiting for a refund after three months...

It has been three months with no refund after returning a fridge I ordered in mid-August. The return was initiated the next day, and the package was unopened. It took over a week just to get the return approved, which only happened after I wrote a review. The fridge was collected in its original packaging, but here I am still waiting for my refund on December 1st. Each time I contact customer service, I receive the same generic reply: 'we are processing your return.' It’s frustrating that processing a simple return takes this long. I advise others to reconsider ordering from this company.
